Here is a list of different self-diagnostics tools you can undertake to fully understand yourself better.

Do you know the difference? - Introvert vs Extrovert
Success in organising and operating a business is highly correlated with an individual’s tendency toward extroversion.
Extroverted people are sociable, active, occasionally impulsive and enjoy working with people. They draw their energy from others and their charm and charisma help them to gain support from customers, staff and suppliers.
Introverted people are reflective, hesitant and prefer to work in solitude. They can find it difficult to develop the kind of interpersonal relationships that attract customers, motivate staff and encourage suppliers to look after them.
It is important to understand yourself - Are you Introverted or Extroverted? I have done diagnostic tests and i am equally both. I can speak on stage or on screen and then i need to be at home by myself to recharge.
